DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented and committed HVH Manager to successfully manage the permanent and temporary staffing and coordinate the recruitment process. This role is integral to the success of the Operations business, building relationships and working proactively with internal Amazon teams will be key. The ideal candidate will work effectively with internal and external customers and possess great communication skills.

The successful candidate must be able to manage a complex high-volume recruitment process to meet all customer SLAs. They will thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. They have a demonstrated ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate push back and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service to the client and candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Liaise with stakeholder management at the regional level including but not limited to operations, HR, finance, legal services, etc. based on trust in establishing and maintaining consistent levels of working relationships across all sites.
· Determines the hiring strategy, considering local market conditions and cost per hire.
· Use multiple channels in sourcing and keep current on recruiting sourcing trends (relevant to HVH) both in sourcing directly and via third party suppliers
· Interpret sourcing data to suggest viability of sourcing strategy and improvements needed.
· Management of all KPIs and relevant data and reports
· Support the High Volume recruitment process from initial candidate contact to on-boarding ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
· Analyze and implement process improvements.
· Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and opportunities for efficiency
· Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
· Act as an subject mater expert for the Business, Legal, Due Diligence processes & policies
· Examine and establish the causes of adverse trends in metrics, conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions.
· Partner with agencies to set the HVH vision and monitor agency scorecard completion
· Deliver specific HVH projects as required

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Has solid experience in people management, excellent oral and written communication skills and experience working with internal and external clients.
· Is willing to learn and master new challenges, proven by a strong background in problem solving. Has strong analytical capacity to examine and find solutions to a variety of operational challenges.
· Has excellent business judgment, is able to step back and consider the long-term vision for the growth of the department. Is ingenious, able to handle ambiguity and ready to get involved if necessary.
· Proficient in HR and Recruitment, with an impressive track record for achieving results in a similar fast-paced logistics, distribution, manufacturing or engineering environment.
· Has extensive expertise in project management and change management.
· Is willing to work flexibly and to spend the time needed to complete the job. Is ready to move if necessary.
· Possess an ideally qualified degree in HR or a discipline related to the supply chain, logistics or manufacturing
· Able to determine the hiring strategy, considering local market conditions and cost per hire.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Previous recruiting experience especially high volume hiring, both within direct hiring and outsourcing capacities.
· Demonstrated customer service focus which provides for an excellent candidate experience
· Fluency in written and spoken English is required
· Negotiation skills
· Ability to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines
· Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
· Strong attention to detail and organization skills
· Experience with MS Word and Excel
