Home Care Nurse

Job description / Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Home Care Nurse to provide quality nursing care to patients in their homes across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc), with at least one year of experience in home care or a related nursing field. This role requires a female nurse who is committed to delivering personalized healthcare, ensuring patient comfort and safety in a home setting.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing wound care.
- Assess patients' health status and develop care plans in collaboration with physicians and family members.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-care recovery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards during home visits.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuous patient care.
- Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.

- Female candidate with a valid nursing certification in GNM or BSc Nursing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in home care nursing or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions in a home care environment.
- Knowledge of infection control practices and healthcare safety standards.
- Flexibility to travel within Dubai for home visits.
- Valid UAE nursing license or willingness to obtain one.

Salary:
AED 2,750 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
