Home Care Nurse

Job description / Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Nurse to provide exceptional in-home care services to patients in Dubai. This role involves delivering personalized nursing care in a female-focused environment, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to female patients in their homes, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with healthcare professionals and family members.
- Observe and report any changes in patients' health status to appropriate medical personnel.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Ensure all care practices comply with health and safety regulations and standards.
- Demonstrate empathy and respect for patients' dignity and privacy at all times.

- Must be a female General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) certified nurse.
- Proven experience in providing home care nursing, especially for female patients.
- Strong understanding of patient care practices and medication administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and families.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a home care setting.
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of patients.
- Valid nursing license or registration applicable for the UAE.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Dubai, UAE.

Salary:
AED 2,750 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
