Employment: Full Time

Mediclinic City Hospital, Dubai, is expanding the Intensive Care Unit and is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Hospitalist level Intensive Care Physicians to join their team. The Hospitalist, while under the supervision and direction of a Specialist, will be responsible for the medical care of patients and will be required to be involved in non-clinical hospital matters and care of any patient when required.
The Hospitalist will also be responsible for compliance to the ethical and professional standards set by the Hospital and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

-Basic medical degree recognised by Dubai Healthcare City Authority

-Completion of a recognised higher professional education program in the ICU field would be an advantage
-Appropriate experience and competence in all aspects of Intensive Care Medicine within the scope of practice of a Hospitalist.
-Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in Intensive Care Unit
-Experience in a Western hospital setting preferred
-Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, nurses, doctors and other hospital staff Demonstrated commitment to
continuing medical education.
-Demonstrated ability to deliver quality patient care
-Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
-Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement for better health outcomes

-Fluency in written and spoken English (Arabic language skills are well regarded)
-High level of interpersonal and communication skills is expected of this role.
-Good computer literacy
