Salary Package: 1,200 AED to 1,700 AED (depending on the position, qualification and experienced)

Join our dynamic hospitality team in the UAE as a Hospitality Crew member, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the hotel services run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist in managing guest inquiries and requests efficiently to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to uphold our high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service across various hotel departments.
• Handle food and beverage service as needed, ensuring quality and prompt delivery.
• Support events and special functions by assisting with setup, guest needs, and breakdown.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hotel policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a passion for guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong team player who is proactive and able to work independently when needed.
• Physical stamina to handle long hours on foot and occasional lifting tasks.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service quality.
• Deployment location to luxury hotels.

Salary:
AED 1,200 to 1,700 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
