Are you an experienced professional in luxury hospitality, event operations, and VIP guest management? Do you excel in delivering five-star standards and seamless high-end experiences for private residences, hotels, and formal events?
We are seeking a Hospitality & Guest Experience Manager with proven experience in luxury environments, 5-star hotels, private estates, and high-profile gatherings. This role requires someone polished, detail-driven, service-minded, and capable of managing hospitality operations at elite standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute private hospitality events, receptions, and VIP gatherings across multiple venues
• Ensure premium guest experience, aligned with luxury etiquette, service protocols, and formal standards
• Set up dining tables and event layouts to five-star standards (indoor, garden, poolside, marquee setups)
• Work closely with the chef to plan and execute event menus and F&B concepts
• Manage floral concepts, centerpiece design, décor setup, and venue ambiance
• Brief, supervise, and train hospitality, hotel, and F&B teams including butlers and service staff
• Coordinate with internal teams and Vendors: chef, housekeeping, security, transport, hotel staff, external suppliers
• Maintain residence presentation, cleanliness, and guest comfort throughout events
• Manage budgets, supplier negotiations, service agreements, and purchasing timelines
• Handle confidential guest and event information with absolute discretion
• Arrange restaurant and hotel bookings, brief staff on guest preferences, and manage bespoke service requirements
• Travel with principals when required to ensure smooth logistics and personalized support
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
• Background in Luxury Hospitality, Guest Services, F&B Management, or Event Operations
• Experience in 5-star hotels, event management, MICE, private residences, or with HNWI/VIP guests
• Strong knowledge of etiquette, service standards, and formal hosting procedures
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple moving parts, and resolve last-minute requests calmly
• Impeccable grooming, polished communication, and a guest-first mindset
• Certification or specialized training in hospitality, protocol, or etiquette is an advantage
