Employment: Full Time

Below is the job description
• To deliver quality of customer service
• To ensure the delivery of smooth, efficient and consistent best practice of functioning of the customer service desk
• To be responsible
• To have high level of product knowledge
• To handle general enquires at service desk
• To answer telephonic calls for any queries
• To keep records or customers complaint and request
• To handle customers complaints as per the department policy and procedure
• Cash handling according to malls gift card sales flow
• To issue wheelchairs and child wristbands

Salary:
AED 4500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Looking for presentable candidates who are excellent in communicating English
• Looking for those in Dubai now
• This is customer service role, where in you will face customers face to face, hence we prefer those who have worked as Hostess in Hotels
