Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team. The Hostess will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests to optimize seating arrangements.
• Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide menus.
• Maintain an organized waitlist during peak hours and provide accurate wait time estimates.
• Assist guests with special requests and accommodate seating preferences when possible.
• Communicate effectively with servers and other staff to ensure seamless service.
• Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and manage reservations professionally.
• Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness for guests.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
