About the Client:
A prestigious, luxury 5-star hotel located in the heart of Dubai, renowned for its exceptional service and world-class hospitality.

Job Description:
-Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests, and ensure that they have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience
-Manage reservations, including taking and confirming bookings, updating reservation logs, and communicating with guests to confirm details
-Assist with a range of other restaurant operations, such as answering phones, taking orders, handling payments, and preparing bills
-Communicate with servers to let them know when guests have been seated, coordinate with the kitchen to ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner

Qualifications:
-Open to Female European and CIS nationalities from 38 years old and below
-At least 3 years of experience as a hostess in an Italian high-end or luxury restaurant.
-Must have degree in Hospitality Management or any similar field
-Experience with pre-opening operations is a plus

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
