Apt Resources is on the lookout for a charming and inviting hostess to join a dynamic restaurant team in Dubai. In this role, you will be the face of the restaurant, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests from the moment they arrive. Your duties will include greeting patrons, managing reservations, and ensuring a streamlined seating process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the restaurant with a friendly smile
• Manage reservations and maintain an efficient seating plan
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Communicate wait times accurately and manage waiting lists
• Coordinate with the wait staff to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any potential issues
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Support staff during peak hours to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a hostess or similar role in a restaurant
• Strong customer service skills and a welcoming attitude
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is an advantage
• Proficient in reservation systems
