Join a leading hospitality company in Dubai with multiple award-winning fine dining and lifestyle venues. This six-month seasonal opportunity offers the chance to represent one of the city’s most prestigious restaurant groups, welcoming international guests and setting the tone for a world-class dining experience. The role is open to candidates both inside and outside the UAE, with the potential to move into a permanent position based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in accordance with brand and service standards.
• Manage reservations and guest lists using Seven Rooms (experience preferred).
• Coordinate closely with floor, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Handle VIP guests and special requests with professionalism and care.
• Maintain excellent grooming, posture, and guest engagement at all times.
• Record guest preferences to support a personalized service approach.

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience as a hostess in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Fluent English required; a European language is advantageous.
• Candidates over 170 cm in height are open to additional venue options, though all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with Seven Rooms is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, polished demeanor.
• Presentable, professional, and guest-oriented personality.

Additional information

This is a six-month seasonal contract with the potential to become permanent based on performance. Multiple roles are available across several leading fine dining venues in Dubai. Candidates outside the UAE are welcome to apply. Flights, visas, and medical costs are fully covered for relocation.
