Summary
Key responsibilities:
- Manage food and beverage presentations in the executive lounge, ensuring consistent quality, proper display, and timely replenishment.
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping and F&B teams to maintain lounge cleanliness, ambiance, and overall guest comfort.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures in line with hotel standards and operational checklists.
- Actively upsell hotel services and promote World of Hyatt membership to enhance guest engagement and revenue opportunities.
- Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely follow-up and reporting to the supervisor.
- Monitor operating supplies, maintain inventory accuracy, and support cost-control efforts by minimizing wastage.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and assistance to guests.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a guest-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to service.
- Ability to handle guest requests with kindness and professionalism.
- Ability to work split shifts when necessary.
About the Company
Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport. Over the following decade, Jay Pritzker and his brother, Donald Pritzker, working together with other Pritzker family business interests, grew the company into a North American management and hotel ownership company, which became a public company in 1962. In 1968, Hyatt International was formed and subsequently became a separate public company. Hyatt Corporation and Hyatt International Corporation were taken private by the Pritzker family business interests in 1979 and 1982, respectively. On December 31, 2004, substantially all of the hospitality assets owned by Pritzker family business interests, including Hyatt Corporation and Hyatt International Corporation, were consolidated under a single entity, now Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
