Job Title: Hostess

Location: Ground Floor, Souk Al Manzil, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, Downtown Dubai
Industry: Hospitality / Restaurant

Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and English-speaking Hostess to welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Manage the seating chart and escort guests to tables.
• Handle reservations, bookings, and waiting lists.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception/hostess area.
• Coordinate with waitstaff for smooth table rotation.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide menu information.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the guest experience.

• Previous hostess or customer service experience (preferred).
• Strong English communication skills (mandatory).
• Presentable, professional, and polite demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy hours.
• Positive attitude and passion for hospitality.

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
