Job Description:
- Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table seating
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front-of-house area
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage
- Basic knowledge of reservations or POS systems
- Strong interpersonal and guest-handling skills
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
