Job description / Role
Details:
You’ll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.
Duties:
• Greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining
• Should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.
• Should also be available to work in shifts.
• In-charge in handling reservation, from receiving, scheduling, follow-ups and monitoring till the guests arrived.
• Other administrative job that may assign from time to time.
• Takes the guest’s feedback about their dining experience and prepare a report.
• Assist the waiter/waitress if needed.
Requirements
Minimum Acceptable Required Qualifications:
• Fit to work
• Europe origin
• Female
• 18 to 30 years of age
• College/University level
• Customer oriented
• Communication and Listening Skills
• Computer skills
