About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

Job Description:
-Serve as the welcoming face of the company, greeting and assisting clients, visitors, and business partners in a polished and professional manner while maintaining the reception area’s high standard of presentation.
-Manage guest flow, handle meeting room bookings, and ensure a seamless visitor experience by coordinating with internal departments and offering refreshments when required.
-Assist the HR and Admin teams with light office tasks such as taking inbound calls and maintaining records, ensuring smooth daily operations.
-Uphold the company’s corporate image through exceptional grooming, communication, and demeanor.

-Minimum 2 years of experience as any front facing role preferably in hospitality, corporate, or real estate settings with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a naturally warm, professional demeanor; home country experience will be considered
-Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic, Russian, or Eastern European languages is an advantage.
-Organized and reliable, able to handle administrative tasks such as managing calls, guest bookings, and meeting coordination
-Positive attitude, team player, and adaptable to a fast-paced corporate environment
