We are seeking a warm and professional Hostess to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guests have a memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Manage guest reservations and arrange seating efficiently.
- Provide guests with menu information and answer any queries promptly.
- Coordinate with the service staff to ensure timely and smooth service flow.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception and waiting area.
- Handle guest complaints or requests with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Assist in managing the waiting list and communicate wait times clearly to guests.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations at the entrance area.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse guests.
- A warm and approachable demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a hostess or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and attention to personal grooming.
- Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure and handle difficult situations gracefully.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
