General Manager - Hotel

This is a wonderful opportunity to become a crucial figure in part of a thriving international hotel group.

You will have proven ability to develop and implement business strategies for the hotel which are aligned with overall mission, vision, values and strategies of the brand.

Achieve the hotel's profit, customer service and revenue goals by directing the operation of the hotel.

Analyse business results on a regular basis and take actions to improve results as appropriate

Key Atributes:

Fluent in English and fluency in Arabic will be an advantage.

Minimum ten years of senior hotel leadership experience, within a similar hotel brand required.

Minimum three years of General Manager experience in a full service environment.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Proven leadership skills.

Be result orientated and demonstrate knowledge of budget planning and financial controls.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Able to support all aspects of service including guests, management and employees.

Able to create a diverse and supportive work environment in a multi-cultural setting.

Extensive hotel operations experience required.
