• The Hotel Manager reports to the General Manager Delegate; oversees and ensure the daily operations of Novotel and Adagio and provides direction, guidance and support to all the Departments
• Hotel Manager assists the General Manager Delegate in implementing the brands and hotels strategy, in order to meet Quality Service and profitability targets
• Oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures all stake holders including Guest, Heartists and Owners satisfaction.

Requirements

• Holder of a degree in Hospitality Management or related field from an accredited University/College, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Computer literate with effective communication skills and an excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Additional knowledge of Arabic and European language(s) would be advantageous.
• Extensive knowledge of F&B and Rooms operation, strong Financial acumen, including operational control systems, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of operational functions, including pre-opening/renovation experience. Middle East experience will be a plus.
