Hotel Solutions Manager

This position exists to ensure that Accor Hotels of Middle East, Africa, India & Turkey are accessible on all distribution channels and have the latest Accor reference business solutions that enable the accurate recording of customer data and transactions for enhancing customer experience and increase hotel revenue.

Primary Responsibilities

- Coordinate and implement the deployment/upgrade/modification of existing and new solutions in Business Solutions department`s scope.
- Coordination with and reporting to Regional Director of IT Business Solutions, in regards of business solutions rollout planning and priorities.
- Coordinate all stages of the distribution for an opening hotel. This includes both the coordination of the setup on the various connected Distribution channels with the hotel and SMDL teams and the rollout of business solutions at the hotel in cooperation with vendors and Hub departments.
- Share technical operational procedures towards hotel teams, as per global and hub recommendations.
- Conduct onsite and/or online training for hotel teams on solutions in Business Solutions scope. Provide feedback on their evolution needs.
- Ensure that quality and compliance of the digital solutions deployed in hotels with respect to Accor standards and security policies as well as local and/or regional regulations.
- Seeking new solutions on the market, implement benchmark process, coordinate penetration test and plan pilot and rollout process.
- Providing level 2 support services

Requirements

Profile

Knowledge and Experience

- Hotel Management School background,
- Strong experience in Room Division department of any Accor Hotels with strong knowledge of the group standards,
- Experience as a Trainer recommended
