House Manager

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is looking for a House Manager to manage the Dubai property for an UHNWI.

The role will require an energetic and charismatic individual, who will take charge of the property, overseeing all day to day operations, achieving maximum efficiency within the household. This role with report directly to and work very closely with the owner. All recruitment, training and supervision of the household team will be handled by the House Manager. Suppliers, manage the household’s schedules, as well as arrange parties and events as required.

Requirements

The successful candidate is a hands on, competent, self-motivated individual with 10 years’ experience in a household or hospitality position. Experience as a House Manager, Butler or Guest Services is preferred. Experience within a private household is added advantage. The ideal candidate must maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times. This role can be live in or live out depending on the selected candidate.

Due to the scope of the role preference will be given to Hindi speakers with UAE or Middle East experience.
