Housekeeper

Job description / Role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in residential or commercial spaces in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure a high standard of hygiene and comfort, contributing to a pleasant living or working environment.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and other designated areas.
- Perform regular dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing of furniture and fixtures.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Change bed linens and towels as required.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Manage laundry and ironing tasks efficiently.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replacements when necessary.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines while performing duties.

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Trustworthy, responsible, and respectful of privacy and confidentiality.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning supplies and proper usage.
- Flexibility to work various shifts or hours as needed.
