Job description / Role
• Cleans rooms and bathrooms up the company standard and performing combination of duties such as making beds, vacuum carpet, dusts & wipes furniture, empties waste baskets, cleans bathtub & toilet, mirrors & floors and replenishes guest room supplies.
• Checks all rooms for verification on regular basis.
• Communicating clearly with all relevant internal departments on issues of guest needs and maintenance.
• Supervising outside contractors to ensure contractual compliance.
• Maintaining Brand Standards related to guest rooms, public areas and laundry.
• Inspecting guest and public areas on a regular basis to ensure that the furnishings, facilities, and equipment are clean and in good repair and making recommendations for the upkeep of the same. Communicating clearly on issues of guest needs and maintenance.
• Maintaining stock of guest amenities, ensuring cost effective purchasing whilst maintaining brand standards.
Requirements
• At least High School graduate
• Willing to work in shifting schedule and holidays
• Can able to understand and handle conversation in English
• Team Player
• At least with experience in Housekeeping
• Male or Female
