As a housekeeping attendant, your role will be crucial in maintaining the luxurious standards of the resort and ensuring a comfortable stay for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest accommodations, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in each room
• Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report issues to the supervisor
• Maintain organized and stocked cleaning supply areas
• Assist with laundry duties and maintenance of pool towels
• Adhere to health and safety standards throughout the resort
• Provide friendly and professional service to all guests

Requirements

• Proven experience as a housekeeping attendant in a luxury hotel or resort environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact positively with guests
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
