Housekeeping Operations Manager

Job description / Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager for our client, an established service provide to lead and manage large-scale housekeeping operations across multiple sites in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience from high-volume housekeeping or Facilities Management (FM) companies with expertise in housekeeping services, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and full compliance with client and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end housekeeping operations across multiple sites, including residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
- Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality checks to maintain high housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to address operational issues and improvement opportunities.
- Control operational costs, consumables, chemicals, equipment usage, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, health & safety standards, and company policies.

- Extensive experience in housekeeping operations management.
- Prior experience with housekeeping companies is A MUST.
- Proven track record managing large housekeeping manpower across multiple sites.
-Strong understanding of housekeeping chemicals, machinery, cleaning methods, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
