Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the work of the housekeeping staff and direct all the room attendants on their weekly shifts and daily tasks.

What you will be doing:

- Assigning housekeeping tasks to room attendants and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
- Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
- Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
- Providing training to the housekeeping staff.
- Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
- Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- At least one (1) year experience as housekeeping supervisor in a five-star hotel property.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional leadership & customer service skill
- Excellent organizational and time management skill
