Position Title: Head Housekeeping Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 3K AED, depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and meals
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the client:
A newly opened branch of a 5 Star hospitality group based in Dubai
Job Description:
• Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks – from using to cleaning products stocking like floor cleaner, bleach, and rubber gloves
• Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence while effectively overseeing staff activities daily
• Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards then motivating team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
• Respond to customer complaints and special requests
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• 30 to 45 years old
• At least 2 years of experience on the same role from at least a 4-star hotel or luxury hospitality
• Can handle 15-20 team members
