Job Description

- Prepare daily special project assignments for room attendants.
- Assist in the monthly inventories of linen, cleaning and guest supplies.
- Ensure that a complete handover is done at the end of every shift logging any relevant information or requests.
- Ensure all discrepancies are reported in a timely manner.
- Attend various briefings as requested by the Executive Housekeeper or designate.
- Control the usage of guest amenities, cleaning chemicals, vacuum cleaners and linen, ensuring that there's no misuse, wastage or over ordering.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience in a housekeeping or hospitality setting preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Excellent customer service skills
