Housekeeping Supervisor

Job description / Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join us in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the property.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping team members to enhance performance and productivity.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective usage.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on housekeeping activities and staff attendance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and enhanced guest experience.

- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and guests.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Visa, medical, every year two way ticket to home country, food etc
