Job description

• Ensure guest satisfaction in accordance with Accor standards and housekeeping procedures.
• Maintain the hotel's cleanliness and orderliness according to Accor standards and conduct necessary inspections.
• Work in coordination with the team under the direction of the department manager.
• Organize and sustain in-department training programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of vocational school or university in tourism and hotel management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Possesses professional English proficiency.
• Proficient in MS Office programs and Opera system.
• Adopts a friendly and service-oriented approach.
• Aims to continuously improve service quality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Enjoys problem-solving.
• Pays attention to personal grooming and appearance.
• Knowledgeable about hygiene procedures and applications.
• Strong in planning, time management, and stress management.
• Enjoys working as part of a team.
• Completed military service (for male candidates).
