Job description / Role
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Team Leader Houseman for a luxury Private Residence based in the Middle East. We are looking for extremely well spoken and presented candidates with experience within a 5* Hospitality outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a team of 3 staff and you will be responsible for the cleaning of the estate.
• Main duties will be high works, windows, metal, tunnels and garbage.
• The inside of the estate needs to be cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Maintain a very good communication with your team and housekeeping as you are a part of this department. Sharing information is key.
• This role is a managing role but also very hands-on. You always must assist your team and be on the floor.
• Report any defects to the executive housekeeper and follow up till defect is fixed.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
• 2 years of experience as a Housekeeper
