Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Preparing the manpower budget & forecast reports
• Overseeing the full recruitment cycle
• Preparing contracts in accordance to the new UAE & Oman contract format.
• Handling the induction procedures on the first day of joining of an employee.
• Processing the monthly payroll in connection to the WPS of labour office.
• Coordinating the visa procedures for the new joiners, leavers & renewals to the PRO.
• Preparing the job description for every job role in the company.
• Managing yearly performance reviews
• Managing the annual salary review process for the company.
• Preparing and implementing the HR policies, disciplinary actions, & memos, with basis to the UAE & Oman labour law.
• Conducting training with regards to HR policies
• Continuously updates the management with the UAE & Oman labour law.
• Overseeing the day-to-day HR related activities.
• Coordinating with Finance department in submitting the HR reports such as Gratuity, leave, staff updated status etc.

Requirements

A dynamic professional candidate with minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR broadly in recruitment, performance appraisal, compensation, training and development, policy procedures, employee engagement/ activities, general administration and personnel management, and employees relations.
