HR Account Manager (Recrutment Services)

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven HR Account Manager to join our Recruitment Services team in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving recruitment initiatives, and delivering tailored HR solutions that meet our clients’ talent acquisition needs. Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet client hiring targets and expand business opportunities.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver customized talent acquisition solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Monitor recruitment progress, provide regular updates to clients, and ensure timely resolution of any issues.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role within recruitment or human resources services.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies in the UAE market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and meet or exceed sales and service targets.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
AED 2,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
