Role

We are looking to place an HR & Admin Assistant who will support the full employee life cycle from recruitment induction to exit and provide full administrative support to the Human Capital Manager and staff.

Tasks

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Support with the day-to-day running and administration of the Human Capital Department
• Participate and support all recruitment efforts
• Manage tools including search engines; (LinkedIn, Dubizzle Indeed, Naukrigulf) and other social channels to source candidates
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ skill level, interest and cultural fit
• Schedule interviews and assist in the interview process
• Ensure background and reference checks are completed for all potential hires
• Orient new employees to the organization by helping set up IT and workstations
• Oversee the completion of compensation and benefits documentation
• Ensure induction program is implemented effectively and improve when necessary
• Assist in conducting HR induction training for new joining employees
• Coordinate with Senior HR Officer with the documentation of new joiners required for a work permit and visa process
• Update and improve policies, procedures, manuals, documents, and forms when necessary in coordination and approval of the HC Manager and concerned management
• Assist with preparing and updating guidelines and workflows for various HR processes
• Assist in ensuring employee records are effectively maintained by Senior HR Officer
• Update HRMI report to track the effectiveness of HR processes and project completion
• Assist HR Officer and Government Relations Department with employee relations and administrative tasks when required
• Assist in updating employee contracts and letters as required and as per procedure
• Assist in generating employee letters (salary certificate, experience letter, employment confirmation) in English

Requirements

Profile & Background
• University degree in Management or HR related field
• 3+ years’ experience within UAE in a similar position
• Excellent English verbal & written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
