Job description / Role
Mustard&Linen is in constant growth and we're looking for a candidate that will support us in this growth and find the right talents to be part of us. The successful candidate will have a background in interior design consultancy companies.
HR / admin will be in charge of the following:
- Recruit staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
- Update company's policies and maintain employees records
Requirements
- In charge of office supplies, petty cash, and supplier's communication
- Support in the process of getting visas for employees and search for employees insurance
- Monitoring the leave of employees
- Managing the payrolls
