Position Title: HR Admin Specialist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7,000 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading distributors of pet supplies and products in the UAE and GCC region.

Job Role:
• Forming and maintaining employee records
• Updating databases internally
• Preparing and amending, where necessary, HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
• Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance

Requirements

Requirements:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Female, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 4 years relevant HR experience; FMCG industry is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in UAE Labour laws
• English and Arabic speaker
