Job description / Role
Working for a global organisation within the professional services sector, my client are seeking an Administrator to support the HR and Recruitment team. To support HR and recruiting efforts across the Middle East, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi offices. This position will focus on; maintaining the HR and recruitment database, entering candidate data and information, managing incoming CV's, writing and sending correspondence to candidates, dealing with candidate queries, providing updates and all other associated administration. This role will also assist in the planning and organisation of interviews, recruitment events and inductions, including; preparing all material and packs for interviewers and attendees.
Requirements
The successful person will have a Bachelors degree in HR, Business or relevant subject, a minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role, fluent level of English both verbal and written, experience of working as part of a global company within a HR team preferably in the professional services sector i.e financial services, banking, consulting.
