Job description / Role

On behalf of our client, a multinational Professional Services firm, we are looking for an HR Administrator. The role of the HR Administrator reports into the HR Manager, working closely with the wider HR team to support business activities for Riyadh based employees.

Job Responsibilities :

Onboarding Support:
- Providing administrative support to the onboarding team with regards to hotel reservations and flight bookings and other duties as and when required

PRO Support:
- Providing administrative support to the HR Operations Coordinator for Iqama processing, which includes informing staff once passports, Iqamas and health cards are ready for collection, ensuring that expiry dates are captured on the Active Tracker.

- Monitor iqama expiry dates and proactively initiating renewals with PRO
- Manage Saudi Exit and Re-entry permit renewals with PRO, keeping track of expiry dates and arranging for renewals

Dubai and Saudi visas:
- Advise on Saudi visa process and be the escalation point for any issues.
- Communicate changes in the Saudi visa process to the wider team
- Manage Saudi Exit and Re-entry permit renewals with PRO, keeping track of expiry dates and arranging for renewals
- Apply for KSA visa invitation letter for Dubai based employees


- A relevant bachelor's degree plus 1-2 years HR experience, preferably at a professional services firm
- Strong knowledge of KSA Labor law
- Very strong verbal communication skills; fluency in English and Arabic
- Advanced level computer skills; Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Comfortable with the use of data based systems and report running

Organizational skills:
- Ability to handle competing priorities effectively
- Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving capability
- Strong service orientation and responsiveness to requests
- Ability to work cooperatively and flexibly as a member of a team
- Ability to respect all information as personal and confidential
- Familiarity with managing vendors and outsourced PRO services, desirable
