HR Administrator

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Administrative Tasks:
• Applying/renewal and cancellation of FZE visas
• Responsible for License renewals for vehicles, company licenses and other licenses.
• Submit documents for Commercial and Trade license business requirements.
• Issuing gate passes for visitors through PCFC portal
• Manage Trakhees certifications/renewals
• Any other labor JAFZA related work after relevant approvals
• Coordinating with users to buy/issue purchase orders for non-bearing purchases
• Coordinating with other suppliers for purchase and delivery of products/services
• Other supplies required for IT, marketing, services, etc
• Invoice submission to the Finance department where relevant

HR Assistant Tasks:
• Assist HR Manager with recruitments. Posting job requisitions, shortlisting CV’s, scheduling interviews, document collection, visa applications, applying work permits, JAFZA access cards, bank account updating etc.
• Submit documents for Visa administration and Work permits through Dubai Trade Portal
• Managing the onboarding & off boarding of the employees in line with the JAFZA requirements including, filing, communications, induction training, and reporting
• Handling the employee benefits; medical insurance, annual leave management, air ticket reimbursements, business expenses reimbursements etc.
• Managing the HR related tasks on the ERP system, document requests, expense claims and handling queries of employees
• Maintaining and updating employee records regularly (physical and online filing)
• Supporting the HR Department with all administrative duties and requirements.
• Assist HR Manager with payroll tasks; calculating overtime, uploading the attendance on ERP system, managing attendance discrepancies and other payroll related tasks

AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.


• Proficient in English (Read, Write and Speak fluently)
• Good computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Minimum of 1.5 years UAE experience
• Bachelor’s degree mandatory
• HR related qualification preferred
• Multi tasking ability and has a structured approach
• Innovative problem-solving skills, managing employee queries with tact and empathy
