Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working exclusively with a fantastic multi-national client within the entertainment industry who is looking to recruit an HR Advisor.
The role of HR Advisor will be to support the Regional HR Manager on day to day HR issues as well as oversees the management of HR Executives within the team. This role will be heavily involved in the company’s expansion plans across India and North Africa, which means the individual will need to be prepared to travel to India to work closely with the HR team in India executing recruitment, employee relations, an overview of payroll as well as working closely with the team in the UAE on their expansion plans. The ideal candidate will be someone that is also able to handle data management and report generation as required by management.
To be considered for this role you should ideally be Degree educated with an emphasis in HR or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role preferably within the Middle East and previous experience in India would be a distinct advantage. You should have strong written and verbal English skills and be someone that is a team player.
