Job description / Role
Our client, a Middle East regional law firm, are seeking to hire a Bilingual HR Advisor (Arabic/English speaking) to join their Dubai office. Initially on a temporary contract (4-6 months) starting in June/July with a potential opportunity to go permanent. The key responsibilities are:
• Onboarding of new joiners
• Managing key stakeholders
• Keeping the Business up to date with the status of new joiners
• Point of contact for the new joiner
Requirements
The candidate should have:
• A minimum of 3 years experience in HR/Operations in a similar role
• Ideally the candidate should come from a law firm or have professional services experience
• The candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English and have excellent communication skills
• The candidate should be confident with the ability to communicate and influence all levels of staff
• The candidate should be positive with a can do attitude
