Job description / Role
- Set up senior manager meetings, take minutes in meetings where required, follow up action points from private & confidential matters
- Prepare presentations, board packs & compile correspondence where appropriate
- Data Analysis
- Compensation and reward analysis
- Oracle HCM implementation
- Take responsibility for monthly workforce data audits
- Supporting the development and production of MI reports
- Assist in effective training of HR systems
- Overseeing all project management
- Contributing to the improvement of company processes and HR practices in the business
Requirements
- Strong educational background - Bachelor degree educated
- 5 + years experience
- Excellent regional experiene
- Oracle HCM implementation experience
- Experience performing data analysis
- Strong numerical skills
- Sound experience performing reward analysis
