HR Analyst

This opportunity is with a large company based in Abu Dhabi UAE

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven HR analyst to support our human resources team, in this role, you would respond to the HR manager but also collaborate with other HR team members.

Requirements

To be successful you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field
• Human resources certification
• 3+ years of experience working in the human resources field
• 2+ years of experience in human resources analytics
• 2+ years of experience improving employees experience and performance management through data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
