Description
* Gathering and analyzing HR data to identify trends and provide insights on workforce metrics.
* Preparing and presenting high-quality reports and dashboards to track HR KPIs for senior leadership.
* Conducting regular workforce trend analysis, including turnover, engagement, and compensation metrics.
* Supporting employee relations and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
* Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
* Collaborating with internal departments to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
* Designing and delivering visually engaging presentations for HR insights and decision-making.
