Job description / Role
On behalf of our client an international management consultancy who are based in Abu Dhabi we are recruiting an Arabic speaking HR Generalist. You will be responsible for maintaining the organisation structure by updating all HR policies and procedures and manuals, maintaining employee benefits programs, monitoring and implementing local and federal HR legal compliance, co-ordinate with the PRO for all visas, labor permits and company trade licences, arrange travel for staff and company visitors, maintain all insurance policies of the company, prepare and supervise payroll and other HR and admin duties seemed suitable by the Management.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of Abu Dhabi, be degree educated in a HR discipline and have a minimum of three years UAE experience as a HR generalist. Fluency in all areas of Arabic is essential and only candidates who have this experience will be considered.
