Job description / Role
Charterhouse is looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join our Dubai team, as the HR and Marketing Intern. In this role, you will be exposed to hands-on HR administration and Marketing support. You will be trained, supported and accompanied by a dynamic team, where you are encouraged to contribute your own ideas. You will be working closely with colleagues and our external partners.
This role will be involved in assisting with recruitment activities such as job advertising, screening and formatting CVs, arranging interviews and working closely with consultants and the HR and Admin team.
You will support the HR team with various administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence, scanning and filing documents, arranging travel plans, and updating organizational charts. You will conduct regular file audits to ensure that all records are maintained and compliant.
In addition, you will also assist with team social events, marketing, and social media management, working closely with the management.
To be considered for this role, you must be someone who is currently studying or having a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or Marketing. Ideally, you will have experience working within a busy office environment and must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
You should have strong organisational skills, a structured style of working, good analytical skills, a strong knowledge of MS Office as well as other software. This role expects the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment while remaining flexible, proactive and efficient.
