Job description / Role
Job Responsibilities:
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing, job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
• Recruit international and local candidates as per the requirements.
• Aware about rules and procedures of UAE laws and regulations.
• Perform reference checks as need.
• Preparing memos, letters and correspondences
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms.
• Manage onboarding and new hire process.
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
• To work All-rounder and maintain no relation with any workers/staff.
• Dealing and respecting any nationality and deal with different people.
• Setting up the HR Department for the first time within the Company, to incorporate the entire spectrum of HR operations.
• Proven ability in bench-marking and implementing the framework and policies, in line with the business needs.
• Responsible for Recruitment and management of Blue-collar workers like Carpenter, Painter, Plumber, Electrician, Mason, Helper, Drivers Single handed managing Screening, Selecting and On-boarding process.
• Arrangement of employees travel and stay Serving as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
• Ensure all visa, medical and labor permits are up to date and arranged timely renewal.
• Timely payroll processing, overseeing the compensation & benefits functions of the department.
• Ability to work under pressure.
Requirements
• Should have at least minimum 3 years minimum experience in UAE
• We require Experience Certificate from previous jobs
• Degree must be attested in UAE
• Knowledge and experienced in all Job Portal sites
