Job description / Role
Charterhouse is currently working with a Leading Global Automotive Group who are looking to hire a HR and Training Specialist.
The HR and Training Specialist will work closely with HR to identify and select external training solutions, and the formulation, planning and delivery of all internal training, leadership and development programmes. They will be responsible for implementing and administering training programs that will improve soft skills, behaviours, knowledge and leadership skills. The training should include multiple methods such as mobile learning, classrooms both in person and online, as well as workshops and coaching to adopt the most effective and sustainable learning. Additionally, the HR and Training Specialist will also prepare the training budget, long-term planning and provide periodic reports reflecting the training needs and the recommendation of training solutions across the business.
Requirements:
This role will report to the Training Manager and will also work closely with other departments and stakeholders; therefore, the candidate must be a strong team-player. Whilst working in a team, this role will also have the candidate working independently; therefore, they must be a highly motivated self-starter, an innovative thinker with an excellent career attitude, striving for growth.
The ideal candidate will have four to eight years training experience, ideally having worked within the Automotive Sector. They must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in all aspects of training including planning, designing, delivery and administration. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; Arabic is advantageous, but not essential.
