What you’ll deliver
• Working closely with colleagues, you’ll manage assessment projects across all levels and the work of the delivery team.
• It will mean supporting business partners and line managers in assessment products, processes and practices.
• We’ll look to you to implement the future – innovative processes, leading-edge concepts and more.
• You’ll be working closely with other departments to inform assessment solutions.
• Quality assurance will be key, so you’ll evaluate projects and provide reports.

Requirements
• Your strong customer orientation will be key, just as it is for all your colleagues.
• You’ll also have well-developed skills in problem solving, influencing and negotiating.
• You should have a degree in HR Management or Psychology, while a Masters in Occupational Psychology would be ideal.
• Additionally, you’ll need Level A and B Psychological Testing qualifications.
• You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in managing teams and delivering assessment projects.
• Your knowledge will span everything from assessment processes and good practice to technological innovations in assessment.
• We’ll also look for innovation and creativity, and an appreciation of airport operations.
