Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working exclusively with a fantastic multi-national client based in DMCC who are looking for an HR Assistant to join them on a temporary basis with a view to a permanent contract.
This role is to provide HR Operations support to the HR Manager and its employees. Responsibilities for this role will include but will not be limited to, liaising with DMCC authorities for visas, assisting with payroll, handling on-boarding of new staff, liaising with insurance providers, issuing staff contracts, handling leave and salary letters as well as day to day HR administrative duties.
To be considered for this role you will ideally be Degree educated with an emphasis in HR or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role preferably within the Middle East and experience with visas would be a distinct advantage. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills and a solid understanding of UAE Labour Law. Due to extensive contact with the head office in Europe our client has requested a native English Speaker for this role and candidates will need to be on husbands or family sponsorship.
